Associate Therapist

Clinical Interests

Gwenyth is a compassionate therapist who believes that the heart of healing lies in the relationship that is built together in therapy. Utilizing a humanistic approach, she aims to foster a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. Gwenyth view clients as the expert in their own life, and that her role is to walk alongside them, helping to explore experiences, break old patterns, and find one’s own path forward.

She specializes in working with college/graduate students and young adults, helping those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, and career or academic challenges. Gwenyth’s approach is grounded in integrating evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT) with a collaborative style that meets clients where they are while gently challenging them toward deeper empowerment. She places special focus on exploring personal patterns to uncover root causes behind symptoms, looking closely at key life events, early relationships, attachment styles, and how these contribute to distress.

Education & Training

Gwenyth completed her Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Psychology from Bridgewater State University. She went on to receive a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University, through which she earned her School Adjustment Counselor License. She has experience supporting diverse populations through her work in school/academic settings, community-based mental health centers, and private practice. Gwenyth is currently being supervised by Dr. Kate Greenberg as she pursues her LMHC license.
