At Upstream Mental Health, we believe in the power of proactive mental health care guided by a multicultural-feminist perspective. Our team of therapists takes a warm and collaborative approach combined with evidence-based interventions to support college/graduate students, young professionals, and BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ populations. Our practice is committed to addressing the impact of sociopolitical systems of oppression on mental health and actively advocating for anti-racism, intersectionality, and identity affirmation. Together, we move upstream to identify and transform systemic and personal patterns, facilitating growth and more fulfilling lives for our clients.
Upstream Mental Health is a telehealth therapy practice looking for diverse Psychologists, LMFTs, LMHCs, and LICSWs to join our team! We offer competitive compensation, highly flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time options, as well as complete administrative and marketing support.
